Our Customer Groups
Southpoint Products guarantees its products. If any product is found to be defective at time of installation, Southpoint will give free replacement or will issue a credit for the purchase price. Failures after installation shall be issued according to the estimated amount of product used.
If any Southpoint Product’s toner, inkjet, or cartridge (manufactured or compatible) causes damage to your printer or fax machine, Southpoint will be responsible for the repair of said machines. Should any problem occur, a Southpoint representative must be immediately contacted. Please remember that Southpoint must first authorize the repair if it is to be reimbursed. Southpoint Products cannot be responsible for any unauthorized repairs or costs such as loss of use.
For laser printers using toner and ink supplies through Southpoint Products, the labor, but not parts, for the repair of said printers will be included in the price of the toner.
When a Southpoint representative is alerted to a laser printer repair concern, most printers will be assessed within 24 hours, and, depending on parts availability, will be repaired either immediately or as soon as parts become available.
